Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment to ensure you are pleased with the final result. Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.

Refunds on Services: As services are a personalized experience tailored to your needs, refunds are not typically provided. However, we are committed to working with you to address your concerns through corrections or follow-up appointments.
Products

Product Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, it can be returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please retain your proof of purchase.

Opened Products: Opened products may only be refunded or exchanged if they are faulty or not suitable for their intended use, subject to our discretion.
Missed Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they may be used for any of our services or products.
